The Lamello LC P-16 is a P-System connector designed specifically for lightweight panels, combining the advantages of lightweight construction with the strength, speed, and aesthetics of the Clamex connector system. Its wide profile anchors securely into the panel's surface layers and acts as an adapter into which a Clamex P-14 connector with lever is inserted, creating an exceptionally strong and fully detachable joint without the need for concealed timber edges or adhesives.

The LC P-16 simplifies both machining and assembly by eliminating the need to install concealed timber edging, reducing material usage and production time. Since the connector simply slides into place, there is no waiting for glue to cure, resulting in faster manufacturing, easier assembly, and lower overall costs while maintaining excellent strength, appearance, and reliability.

Available in three sizes—LC P-16x11, LC P-16x17, and LC P-16x22—the connector is suitable for the most common lightweight panel constructions. Machining can be carried out using the Lamello Zeta P2 biscuit joiner or more efficiently on a CNC machining centre for high-volume production.
