Cabineo is the newest connector from Lamello and is an outstanding solution for cabinet shops and manufacturers using nested-based CNC routers. The toolpath can be quickly machined with a standard straight-shank router bit without requiring a tool change. Cabineo connectors are simply tapped into the routed pocket and join cabinet components together by screwing into a matching 5 mm shelf pin hole, delivering nearly 200 pounds of clamping force.

Cabineo connectors can be concealed with matching cover caps for a clean finish, or components can be assembled in an inverted orientation for a completely invisible connection. Since Cabineo does not require a pin or stud, all components can be shipped as a true flat-pack, ready-to-assemble (RTA) solution. The M6 version features a metal helical insert or can be fastened directly into a tapped hole in metal furniture or fixture components.
