Please note: For specialty parts not stocked in our local warehouse, these items must be sourced from the manufacturer and typically ship within 10-14 days.

Delivery timeframes begin when an order is shipped - not upon order placement.

Expected delivery in 2–5 days.

Fast delivery time: 2-3 Days. Includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply).

UPS | Ground
For packages up to 150 lbs. Expected delivery in 1-5 days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. 90% of UPS Ground packages are delivered in three days or less.

Delivers to the 48 contiguous states. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Saturday delivery is available.

UPS | 2nd Day Air
Delivers to all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Saturday delivery is available.

UPS | Next Day Air (Saver)
Delivers from all 50 U.S. states to the 48 contiguous states. Packages can be up to 150 lbs.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call (801) 485-8200 and have your order number available.

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Policy

All electrical parts are non-returnable including but not limited to switches, circuit boards and motors.
All returns of stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return freight is the responsibility of the returnee. Additional shipping fees, duties or taxes apply to a return shipment (including but not limited to the return freight of international orders), are the responsibility of the returnee. Exceptions may apply if purchases are defective and/or an error has occurred in shipping or packaging by fault of mmToolParts.com or their vendors.

All returns must be made within 30 days of order delivery.
All return items must be returned in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
mmToolParts.com reserves the right to decline returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged during shipment, mmToolParts.com will replace your purchase free of charge.

Special Orders

A special order item is any part or product that is not stocked in our regular inventory. All special order item returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Manufacturer Satisfaction Guarantees

Some manufacturers offer Satisfaction Guarantee programs on select power tools. M&M Tool Parts honors the terms and conditions of these manufacturer-sponsored return policies and will provide a full refund of the purchase price for eligible returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
