The Makita Side Handle is for use with the 18V LXTA® 2A Cordless Sander (XVP01) and the 12V max CXTA® 3A Polisher/2A Sander (VP01, sanders and polishers sold separately). The handle allows the user two-handed operation for greater convenience. It installs quickly and easily into the side of the polisher/sander and allows for both left- and right-handed operation. All-steel screw thread and quality handle materials add up to a long life.
